NCURA’s Region VII actively seeks to create equitable access and opportunity for our members by developing an inclusive environment that weaves diversity, equity, and inclusion into the fabric of our region. We promote the development of research administration as a career and foster the professional and personal growth of our members.  

 

Region VII works to foster a culture of inclusion through the active, intentional, and ongoing engagement with diversity in which all members of our community, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or age, feel an authentic sense of belonging and support. We dedicate our time and resources to uplift our members so that all voices are heard and celebrated.

 

Ultimately, Region VII strives to create a safe space for our members wherein they are empowered to participate, learn, lead, educate, celebrate, and advocate.
