Are you ready to discover your “Superpower for Leadership”? Let your leadership journey begin by applying for the LEAD Me program!
The LEAD Me Program is entering its 16th year of preparing Research Administrators for leadership positions in NCURA as well as at their home institutions. We invite your participation as a LEAD Me Program Mentee or Mentor in the 2026 cohort. Criteria for applicants as well as application format can be found at: https://www.ncuraregionvi.org/leadmeprogram under “Forms and Resources.”
Deadline for submission of applications and support material:

Applications will route to Region VI Education and Professional Development Committee and will be reviewed by the Program Co-Chairs. Mentees and Mentors will be notified of the status of their application in December and the program will launch in February. The program schedule can be found on our website (see above). Participants must commit to attending program meetings (biweekly on Fridays at 9am PT) as well as the Region VI/VII Fall meeting.

About LEAD Me
Adapted from the NCURA Leadership Development Institute, LEAD Me is a one-year program collaboration between NCURA Region VI and Region VII designed to cultivate and expand the pool of new and emerging leaders within the research administration profession and for NCURA at both regional and national levels.
Program Focus
LEAD Me provides selected participants (Mentees) with focused educational and professional development experiences. The program aims to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to take on leadership roles and contribute effectively to the field.
